(2003) - In early 2003, The Autumns took the law into their own hands. They acquired the rights to their entire back catalog of music. More importantly, the new album was nearing completion, but an expensive final mix lay on the horizon. The band decided to perform a special concert, a fund-raiser if you will. Those who paid the exorbitant ticketprice to get in were given the hand-crafted Gift E.P. as compensation. The Gift E.P. includes three b-sides from the Self-Titled sessions,"Lux," "Flail Dins," and "Il Duce." These tracks will most likely show up on other releases in the future. However, the fourth track, the original recording of "Unfolding and Fading," will remain exclusive. "Unfolding and Fading" was originally recorded by Jamie Seyberth, the man behind the new self-titled release. There are only 150 Gift E.P.s in print.
